Soups Seafood Bisque- a creamy bisque with crab and shrimp and a touch of sherry. Czechslovachian Cabbage Soup- a beef and tomato base brimming with cabbage and other fresh veggies- slightly sweet and sour. Delicious served with a dollop of sour cream. Hearty enough for dinner! Carrot Ginger Soup- a healthy blend of fresh chicken stock and pureed carrots and ginger. Very light and healthy! Hearty Vegetable Beef-almost a stew- brimming with tender cubes of beef and lots of the freshest vegetables.
Poultry Thai Peanut Chicken-baked chicken coated with a spicy Thai inspired peanut glaze. Old Fashioned Chicken and Dumplings- a tasty chicken broth with big chunks of fresh chicken and vegetables topped with fluffy herb dumplings. Feta and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts W/ Roasted Red Pepper Sauce- A delicious combination- the sweet red pepper sauce works beautifully with the salty feta cheese- wonderful for a party! Chicken Cordon Bleu- classic- chicken breasts stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese. Coq au Vin- a delicious combination of chicken, mushrooms and shallots in red wine. Almond Chicken- chicken in a creamy Frangelico sauce topped with toasted almonds. Chicken Cacciatore- an Italian classic- braised chicken with peppers and onions in a tomato sauce.
Beef Beef Bourguignon- a hearty beef and red wine stew- delicious with garlic mashed potatoes. Shepherd's Pie- ground beef and veggies in a tasty gravy- topped with creamy mashed potatoes. Beef and Broccoli Stirfry- thin slices of beef sirloin strifried with broccoli in an Asian inspired sauce. Balsamic Glazed Short Ribs- meaty short ribs braised in a hearty gravy- delicious with wasabi mashed potatoes. Beef Wellington- filet of beef coated in pate wrapped in puff pastry- gorgeous to look at- even better to eat!
Veal Osso Bucco- veal shanks prepared in the classic Italian style with white wine and tomatoes topped with gremolata Braised Veal Shanks- Veal shanks braised with vegetables in a rich wine gravy. Stuffed Veal Breast- a breast of veal stuffed with a tasty bread and sausage stuffing.
Seafood Crab Cakes with a Mango Black Bean Salsa- fresh jumbo lump crabmeat crab cakes- (no fillers!) served with mango and black bean salsa Seafood Crepes- delicate crepes filled with shrimp and crabmeat in a cream sauce Yucca Crusted Grouper- a filet of grouper coated with freshly grated yucca sautéed to a crispy crust. Seared Seabass with baby vegetables- seared seabass with baby vegetables in a light Chardonnay reduction. Mediterranean Grouper- a grouper filet sautéed with tomatoes, capers and white wine.
Pasta Lasagna- sausage, beef, vegetarian or seafood. Baked Ziti- tasty sauced pasta with creamy ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Pad Thai- Thai rice noodles with shrimp, chicken and peanuts. Spicy and delicious!
